Technical skills
This position requires an understanding of design techniques and experience in developing models and charts. Employers prefer candidates with hands-on experience using computer-aided software (CAD) to plan, design and create building or infrastructure arrangements. In addition, having technical knowledge in quantity surveying, project billing, estimation and bar bending schedule can help you get hired.
